if you use real cobalt prices this thing is NPV negative.
the NPV is $23million with cobalt prices being more than 50% of revenue but they are using a cobalt price which is twice the current spot market.
if they used the current spot price the NPV is negative.
it means there is no basis for investment.
it means the project is a write-off, unless cobalt doubles.
thats my understanding of it.
