Just sent in my $15k to hopefully get the full allocation.
I would be interested to know exactly how many shares were being offered on the SPP. I know there was $112m for the bought deal but could not determine how much is being offered and being raised from the shareholders. It all remains discretionary I think.
There are over 4000 SH and based on this and the maximums of the SPP we could see around $60m raised with a further dilution of around 35 million shares or there abouts.
This means that IAU will have about $150m + extra in the bank, a total issued shares base of about 550 million and ground that is worth potentially billions.
The figures look rather impressive and management seem to be doing a sterling job. Certainly when compared to some of the other juniors out there.
