It was released 30/10/06 - we thought previously that it was the earliest that the claims were made. However, in looking for it just now, I note the release dated 8/5/06 made very similar claims when first advising of the Letter of Intent with HNC which led to the JV.

BTW - I know the reference to cuzo's work etc wasn't intended to suggest it was all my work - but just to make it clear - it has been a combined effort by four very good spirited and hard working shareholders - just wish those we trusted to run the company were as committed and genuine as the blokes who have been working hard on this the last few months
