    I am verging on the conservative side as I am trying to project out 20 years
    My discounted cash flow price is actually a lot more than Huntley's. I would recommend buying or accumulating below 1.02
    Huntley has -
    Buy below - .85
    Accumulate - .85-95
    Hold - .95 - 1.10
    Reduce above - 1.10
