oxr and zfx to merge to avoid being taken over

Guys,
I hold both Oxr and Zfx. this is a defensive more by both because the international sharkes are now in the water since BHP went after Rio.

There are bound to plays to for ZFX or OXR as individual entities or as a combined group. Either way upside for both once the black clouds on this market clear up.
When they clouds dissappear your guess is as good as mine after todays show with the banks.
