If you apply the Gann fan to the OXR chart you can see that OXR has just broken strongly up through a 3*1 or18.7 degree angle , (steeper is stronger)

OXR has tried to do this numerous times before, it is now retracing back towards the 3*1 which it will hit at 56c ,

Which also is the top of the up trend line and represents a 50% retracement as well ,


A hold at this level or higher will represent strong support @ or near 56 cent
