As does mine, it is merely an opinion based on previous price action and if it continues in the down trending channel as it has been for 10 months.
Charts give us an idea as to were a stock MAY rise or fall based on previous support or resistance areas, if all they do is show us what happened in the past we may as well throw them in the bin as they are useless.
