no that is not what I am saying.
I just posed the question as to whether we think the company is worth $400 million. If it is and assuming full dilution occurs, we will then have some 769 million shares on issue and to achieve a market cap of $400 million which I happen to think is worthy (in time), this would equate to a share price of approx 52 cents.
