OXR is now over priced. The lastest report indicates costs are rising faster than the company anticipated. There is a lot of senitment driving OXR price at present. Production at Sepon decreased and with expectation that there cost be a significant cost blow out at Promineny Hill.
My research indicates OXR to settle down to $2.80 - $2.90. This fair value of OXR at current base metal prices.
