    I find it differcult to come to terms with the fact that less than one month ago I bought AXOAO at 10.5 which then rose to 12.0 cents prior to an announcemt that oxo had fully underwritten 50% of the optionns to be exerised by whoomever no whatever the price of the options, the options at that time retraced a little at that time, but not obviously not enough, cosequently the company announced again about this offer, why???. since the the options and shares are in free fall!!!
