Laos may have a colourful past, but things have been very stable for a long time now. OXR is strongly supported by the Laos government and haven't come across any difficulties so far. There are some minor issues in the north, but these are small groups of rebels that dont really pose a serious threat.
Things are peaceful in Laos and I see no reason for this to change. I'm heavily invested in OXR and if I had any doubt about the stability of the country, I would withdraw a significant percentage of my investment, but for now, I see no reason to do so.
