after months of speculation,it seems its finally hapenning.Merger where oxr holders will get 4.20.Buyers should do their own dd as the worst case scenario should be factored in if the deal does not go thru.As the co has excellent fundamentals,the worst situation will be that the stock falls no further than 2.50.very good risk/reward situation
