    OXX has released this after market. They haven't yet decided whether to make the offer unconditional .. and note that a number of the conditions will not be met (eg drilling Toenda in April will reduce OIP's cash below their consition of $11m).

    Interesting. With Toenda being drilled, ESG possibly in play or at least next in line for a t/o, and now this offer ... things are hotting up!
