If OXXCB shares still have 10 cents to be paid at a call...

If OXXCB shares still have 10 cents to be paid at a call determined by the company, and given fully paid shares are trading at 10 cents and with buyers at 8.3 cents, wouldnt OXXCB shares be trading at close to nil - say 1 cent max?

The company must be highly likely to make the OXXCB call in the next 6 mths, but only if the sp of OXX is over 11 cents. My thoughts only. You are welcome to add further comments.
