The way I see it, the September newsletter wasn’t a dedicated announcement and also the door of doubt was left slightly ajar by the use of the word “appear”.
The ?nal stages of the patch development process with Labtec GmbH appear to have overcome issues associated with crystallization.
December 3 was a dedicated announcement. Both the headline and text categorically stated that all crystallization issues had been resolved.
Working with its European development partner, Phosphagenics (as previously reported in the September 2012 newsletter) has resolved all crystallisation issues with its oxycodone patch design and has improved the product formulation. A multi-dose study of this first-in-class product is expected to begin in early 2013.
I just can’t see what’s new in today’s announcement -therefore what's the point?
