In my opinion the big boys will identify successful pharmacokinetic trials as the green light. Some will start getting set in anticipation.
Whether it's oxycodone, oxymorphone or hydrocodone etc etc - our phase III's do not need to prove the efficacy of these existing drugs.
Simply an upscaling of the trials to confirm a sustainable, reproducible and safe application of a drug to a therapeutic level, on a larger scale, will be extremely de-risked post pharmacokinetic trials, particularly in comparison to a new drug.

Then we will see, IMO, a massive snow ball effect.
All these side sitters, like acne, psoriasis, personal care etc will have a fire cracker set off when the technology is validated on a global scale.
Then they will suddenly cough up the necessary money to get the products up and running.

and if you think today's action is encouraging, wait till the punters from JM's neck of woods get rolling again.
