"A pain medicine specialist yesterday told a meeting of anaesthetists in Hong Kong that as prescriptions of Oxycodone trebled under the pharmaceutical benefits scheme over the last ten years, the number of deaths linked to the opioid drug in Victoria soared from 4 in 2000 to 97 in 2009. Most of the deaths were from unintentional overdoses."
Goes on to mention a bit about POH
