I didn't really take any notice of the picture attached showing a small thumb sized patch as I presumed it was a stock biospectrum photo. I am however reliably informed that this is a very good indication of the actual oxymorphone patch - an opiod that is 3 times as powerful as oxycodone has allowed the company to reduce the size of the patch by similar proportions.
