    Olympus Pacific Minerals Inc. (TSX:OYM - News; OTCBB:OLYMF - News; FRANKFURT:OP6 - News; the "Company" or "Olympus") is pleased to announce that the Company's May gold production of 2,574 ounces has exceeded the Company's best production month set in April 2009. Olympus' current annualized gold production now exceeds the 2009 budget by some 20%. The Company continues to steadily increase its gold production as outlined in the table below:
