Under the section entitled "Key dates" the announcement should read:
The Rights Issue will be a fully underwritten pro rata entitlements issue to eligible shareholders on the record date, Monday, 2 February 2004, on the basis of 1 new ordinary share at a price of 80 cents per share for every 4 shares held.
