vmoto own the factory and licence. They leased part of the factory space to soco cause soco did not have a manufacturing licence. They were also marketing soco ex China.
Relationship keeps morphing and currently soco run the production line on behalf of vmoto.
BUT vmoto own the factory, the manufacturing line and the licence. Theoretically vmoto could takeover manufacturing again if they wanted to. Currently the focus on upstream activities.
The two companies now also jointly ‘develop’ models.
Hope that makes sense. Vmoto have the whip hand.
