From what I have been observing, a lot of migrants/returning Aussies have been finding the prices relatively higher in oz than os, and I suspect this to be a major reasonfor the lack of sales. Still, with the numbers coming in and government keen to keep the supply side tight and the rents should keep rising unless people decide to start living feral. A drop in immigration or an increase in supply would change things greatly, but I cannot see that happening easily, if at all.
