As shareholders we should oppose any asset sales involving OH. I don't particularly dislike the man, I just don't think giving him Matarbe for what he can get away with is in our long-term interests. It's not like we haven't given away enough already.
If the MM deal is enough to clear the debt and leave us enough money to kick on, that's where the asset sales should stop. I don't want this lot having a garage sale for mates now and then having heaps of cash on hand to expand the empire at the top of the next cycle.
