Dartboard, if Martabe is sold before the MM deal is finalised then shareholders won't have a say on Martabe as it presently is not considered a major part of OZL.
On the other hand if the MM deal goes through and then Martabe is sold I'm pretty sure shareholders would have to vote on it as it would form a sizeable chunk of OZL's assets.
