Great summary. I have been following these deals to try to figure out how much Interoil's NG find in Papua New Guinea is worth.

But I'm not sure these CSG deals are all that relevant to CTP. Aren't all of these acquired companies in Queensland near pipelines and infrastructure? These deals are based on getting the gas to potential LNG sites on the coast. CTP's coal is in the middle of nowhere. According to JH, it is definitely not economic to pipe CSG to coastal LNG sites. But maybe gas from UCG would be economic. Len Walker of Cougar says UCG gas is much cheaper than CSG.
