    Seems to be a large discrepancy in some of the prices paid. It looks like Sunshine & Molopo's Gloucester acreage sold for a steel. I guess that existing infrastructure (& management) must come into the picture somewhere if the reserves were probable & proven.

    BG/PXA will also have to spend as many as $170m dollars on top of the $18M for PXA to earn a 20% stake in all of CTP's tenements. (According to CTP ann 311108 from early Dec 08).
