Definitely bullish. I think the SP has potential of many dollars, but it depends on discoveries, numbers of shares on issue in the future, JV terms and lots of variables.
I remember first noticing Oxiana and Mincor when they were around 10c. I never bought shares in either of them, but it wasn't that many years until they were in the multiple dollar bracket. So it does happen. CTP has potential for greater resource value than those two.
