While most posters showed negative impression on the merger, I just wonder if anyone has worked out the divi distribution of the new stock.

Eventhough the exchange is 3.19: 1 for OXR and ZFX with respect to 8 and 105 cent divi/annual before the merge, it is unlikely that the new divi is less than 35 cent so there will be a winning for current oxr stock holders pending the next divi announcement.

On the contrary, the ZFX may or may not receive the full divi as they used to!
