ZFX gave a large dividend because they had no other use of the cash, whereas OXR gave a small dividend because they had PH development.

ZFX shareholders will almost certainly get a smaller dividend, but a diversified metals base and a growth profile, which translates into sp growth. OXR shareholders will almost certainly get a larger dividend because the new compnay will not have as many cash flow issues. (OXR has consumed more cash than it has generated over the past 6 months, and in all likelhood will do the same for the 3 ended 30 June this year).

This merger is a win/win.
