The future revenues of AVB are unknown, different analysists will come up with different values due to all sorts of reasons and risk weightings.
You guys have said anywhere from 20c to 30c + , some have said 17c is good if no other bid. You guys are all over the shop, no idea, just trying to get more than your fair share .
If there's another bid then fair enough we've undervalued it, if there isn't were probably paying too much . OZL has said it's offer is final and can't raise the bid unless another bid shows up.
Let's wait and see shall we.
