stillthefoxhat, they can run the same 3mpta plant for + 10 years on the measured zone alone. They'll have the option of undertaking a seperate DFS for a upgraded plant before Las Minerale + Southern block runs out of ore to process. The initial mine design, using the 3mpta plant's that has a relatively low capex , should allow for a compelling IRR in the soon to be realised DFS (i.e. very short pay back period).
Interestingly these initial mining zones alone have a longer mine life than projected for Prominent Hill. Who would have thought this was the case????
