    OZ Minerals Ltd advised the resignation of directors Owen Hegarty, Richard Knight and Peter Cassidy on December 19, 2008.

    Mr Owen Hegarty has resigned effective from December 19, 2008.

    The resignation of Mr Knight will be effective from December 31.

    The resignation of Dr Peter Cassidy will be effective from January 30, 2009.
