Aree totally L.D.,,, an absolutely discraceful and shameless abuse of trust by the board of OXR to go ahead with the merger without the approval of the owners (us the shareholders!) and then to "award" O.H. with $8 or so million $s after we rejected it is arrogance at the extreme end of the scale.This is the same company that didnt find it nescesary to hedge the cost of development of Prominent Hill with Copper @ $4.00 a pound!!! Almost unbelievable as the greed swept over our esteemed managments egos as H.s "stronger for longer" mantra combined with the "this time its different" chant.Yes I am angry as this bunch has cost me some $30,000 this year and now it looks like the Co is going to fold under their "sound managment".Dont even get me started on the murky reporting that had "most" of us in the dark as to their true financial position and led me to believe the company was oversold.yes I will be taking part in the Class Action!
