    IMO, the article is not worth the paper it is written on.

    How will SFR do a t/o of OZL? Did Tim explain how SFR would get the funding to buy a company bigger than itself? When Tim provides some options on how it would work, then it may be open for discussion. Until he puts up, he should "shut up".
