Where is OZL expertise? Currently it is in Copper and Gold. Look what happened when ZFX when outside their expertise, $900m down the gurgler!!!!!

It is a strategy quesion. While I understand that rare earth metals have a bright future, does the company want to risk cash on a t/o or continue to use the cash to invest in P Hill, Cambodia and exploration in the current tenements?
