Opportunity knocks now. In a years time it will be too late.Now is the time when bargains are around, later on it will be a case of "if only I had...."

My cash position is much the same as it was 2 years ago, the value of my stocks have increased a little but I now own about 8-10 times the number of actual shares that I had only 12 months ago. Times like this do not last long and do not come up often. It is time to take the bull by the horns.
