The JV pullout is of no real concern with Bass now having ownership of the Hellyer mill and no longer reliant on Rosebery. It has nothing to do with downgrading the prospectivity of the ground and Bass is really the winner with good targets developed during the JV still there for the testing.
If OZ Minerals hadn't been run by such a bunch of dills they would have thought about a takeover offer for Bass which would have been a natural fit and not Allegiance which got them into so much trouble.
