Actually not quite right...

OZ minerals is really just OXR....it is just a change of name and will be a change of ASX code.

"ZFX" shares are trading now as OXRN and do so until Friday 4/7, then on Mon 7/7 OXRN stop trading and all the new shares will be "inside" OXR.

OXR shareholders then vote on 18th July to approve change the name from Oxiana Limited to Oz Minerals Limited.

If this is carried, the name will be approved by the court next day, the ASX will make the code changes all up this will take about 7-8 tradng days.

So OZL might start trading on 28th July 2008.
