As a long term shareholder I am astonished that the CEO who "supposedly works for me" can tell me that I should "trust his recommendation" that it is my interest to sell the majority of my company for less than real value to MinMetals so he can save his job! This is beyond beleif.
Surely their is a conflict of interest which means he can no longer be acting in the best interest of shareholders of OZL!!!!
I hope that calma works it's wonders and we get a better offer that is released to the market without the involvment of the OZL board!
