went just once to a casino back some 30 yrs ago. have refused to ever go again. and no i did not punt there. was then on way back from the races with two friends who had to have their casino fix.
as for a job sally, 20 yrs selling newspapers from street corners thro to wholesale retail and later 10 yrs plonking milk on doorsteps ! started work at 4 yrs old, doing it big by 7 and lived from investing since i was 37. now 62, so not done too badly imo.
20 yrs travelling on a measly pittance with 2 backpacks and mrs 40 in tow. have not given up yet.
looked at pro punting on the gg's but saw the mkts as a better bet. no regrets. love it too. still get to the gg's when i travel. $2 bets and $5 if i'm serious lol. honestly rarely come away for day down with the bets but entrance etc usually takes it all. some would ask why i don't bet bigger ? cos 40's seen what it can do to people who bet big, lose big and keep on losing. i never borrow to invest. capital stays in the pot and divis etc are MINE ! all MINE !
