There is potentially a cat and mouse game going on with the banks here. OZL has been told to continue the sale process by the banks, so they will, but they will potentially dilly dally and um and Arrg so that at the end the sale does not proceed.
The outcome will be the banks get their cash and OZL keep the mine as the growth option.
