BIT225 is poking its head up here as a possible future combination for HIV gene therapy as it is the only drug under trial ATM that appears to be active in the hard to get at reservoirs. HCV may be just as difficult to eradicate from reservoirs with TT-034... and BIT225 (although not powerful) has shown to be active against HCV in the reservoirs.
