Mark, Agree with all your sentiments and are as frustrated as you are with this issue.
Normally BHP and RIO do all their transactions in USD, so if we did buy NorthParkes at a reasonable price, then it would be paid for in USD. That does still not detract from the fact that if the money had been transferred here, then backl again we would still be ahead.
The only other thing is that shipping and processing of the ore from P Hill is paid in USD, so potentially OZL is using the USD cash for USD payments and keeping all the AUS cash from P Hill in AUS.
Even so, it is not the best outcome.
