    Be very careful with this.

    My view is that when the US starts to raise interest rates the exchange rate will start to reverse, probably back to the low 80's which is its historic level.

    Would hate to see them convert everything to $Aus and then the exchange rate reverse. I think they did this last year with the loan and we got burnt.
