Moving Biota to the US to unlock the company value for shareholders? What a bunch of liars!

Now it seems the value is diminishing further, not to speak of being unlocked.

More than 4 Millions of free Biota holdings share options became vested due the takeover of Biota holding by Nabi. Without the takeover, would those free share options have become vested? most of those free share options were tied to the share price performance of biota holdings. This can explain why the previous biota holding's management did not dual listing.

Moral is less and less important these days. Soon or later, everyone in the world has to cheat and lie in order to survive.
