AZC’s basket is small, the only thing they have in it is the WIM 150 therefore they are watching it like crazy. OZC on the other hand are into everything and have over-looked the fact that the option to take control of the WIM 150 lapsed in April 2012. Ooops!
Someone somewhere is getting their arse kicked as we speak and by the sounds of it OZC know that they have no chance in a court of law. The meeting next week is all about OZC convincing AZC that when the time is right they will do the best deal, whatever it may be.
A small detail with big pulling power and the power now rests in the little hands of AZC. So much for iffy ASX/ASIC compliance my friends, OZC have simply taken their eye off the ball! AZC’s majority shareholder has a massive interest with big bucks on the table...
