Apologies... I hate to come across blunt, but that's how posts can be interpreted.
What I was trying to get to was the fact that these lockers are open for 86400 seconds in a day and youre making an observation from a 30 second block.
These lockers are that efficient, that you could blink and someone has already collected their parcel.
I think we need to look at the audit to get a true understanding of the success.
