I got my money back straight away, I just phoned them up with my bank account details. No drama at all. This was back in early September. In fact, as an aside, I disputed a transaction which was sort-of a misunderstanding on my part (won't bother with the details) and they refunded the charges and gave me a compensating credit to account for the exchange rate difference.
Sorry to see them leave this space! Back to CBA I suppose.
