The OZL class action, financiall supported by IMF, claimed that OZL share holders, purchasing between such period, had paid substaintially for more than the value of the shares due to misleaded announcements/reports ( they will probably do some calculation and present it to the Court ). Eventhough they are still holding ( all or parts off ) OZL shares, they will probably get some thing back due to the overvalued price they had paid for ( extracted from the letter I received from IMF ). The battle will take ages to have some mutual agreement so I don't thing there is going to be some substantial movement in the SP for a while unless arising from bad PH announcement. For those who purchased between such period will receive a letter having choices of joining IMF or opt out ( as in the case of CNP class action ) so if OZL loses the battle you will still have a slice of the cake.
