Dont trust OZL at all during the process....in fact...trust no one.

Just aim for the board and keep pushing till you have the numbers.

To call an EGM...you only need the following:

"members with at least 5 per cent of the votes that may be cast at a general meeting(2) (the share capital test), or


at least 100 members(3) who are entitled to vote at a general meeting (the numerical test)"

PLease read up on it.

It can cost money...so shareholders should put in a couple of bucks each.

You need to have your resolutions put out clearly in terms of what the EGM is about and what they have to vote on.

Personally...one of your resolutions should be the removal of Michael More and any others you think should go.

You gotta hit up the bigger holders, insto's, banks etc...once ready..phone...email...fax like crazy.

You will get the numbers believe me.

I helped organise an EGM for getting Chris Scott on the MFS (now OCV) and get rid of Andrew Peacock etc.
